The CCS Machinery high-speed servo punch is our new technology punching system for a continuously moving web. Advantages of our new system includes a nearly 100% slug removal rate, the capability of reaching speeds of 100 cycles per minute or more, and it uses less air than the pneumatic driven competitors.

Replacement punches are less that $20 each and are known to run for 1000+ hours, allowing the unit to run continuously with significantly less maintenance down time than any Ball and Die Punch.
